I am a visual artist and photographer, based in Bothell, working in downtown Seattle, and serving the Greater Seattle Area through my photography business.
With over a decade of experience in both photography and painting, I took the leap in 2023 to turn my lifelong passion and talents into a thriving business. Since then, I've had the incredible opportunity to explore the breathtaking landscapes of the Pacific Northwest and connect with remarkable seniors and families along the way. It's truly an honor to be entrusted with capturing their unique life stories.
As a creative, I delve into themes of identity and belonging through my art, while as a professional in the non-profit sector dedicated to advancing racial equity in public education, I extend these principles to the foundation of my business. SanyaH Photography is a proud South-Asian woman-owned business that strives to be inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to all communities.
In my free time I love being out and about with my husband and camera - exploring new trails, parks and art museums!

I avoid using presets or filters as I don’t believe in the “on-shoe-fits-all” approach especially working with a wide range of skin tones. I treat each of your photo with the individual care and attention it deserves. My editing style is true to color, soft yet vibrant, and warm.

My focus is capturing YOU and letting your true self shine. When you book with me you sit back and relax and let me handle all your worries! I will guide you through styling and posing so that you don’t have to worry about anything other than showing up as your authentic self!

Explore my work and learn about my brand, then when you are ready Book a session! I will be in touch within 24 hours to share my availability calendar. Once you select your session date and pay the deposit, we move the the fun stuff!

Once you book you will receive your welcome packet, including location and styling information and pre-session questionnaire outlining the terms of agreement and asking for your input regarding the vision you have for your perfect photoshoot!

I will ensure you are feeling great in front of the camera with my gentle-posing guidance and session work-flow

Enjoy the photos within 3 weeks of your session, delivered in a private online gallery with the option to download and print easily!

Rest assured, I'll be keeping a close eye on the weather forecast throughout the week and on the day of your shoot. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we can either reschedule for another day or explore indoor location options. Your booking fee is fully transferrable and I will work with you to find the best solution.
Tip: Best time to book to avoid rescheduling inconvenience is June-Sep

Once you've booked, you'll receive a welcome packet with location and styling info. I'll send a pre-session questionnaire to make sure you get a chance to share anything you would like me to know. On the form you also have the option to indicate whether you would like to schedule a pre-session zoom call with me. I'm always a message away via Instagram DM for any last-minute questions or excitement.

No, unless specified in session description. Since my packages are all-inclusive I deliver a curated selection of all the best images from your session. As part of my service, I'll personally select all the best photos for editing. You can trust that I'll choose the most captivating and meaningful shots to tell your story beautifully
